The C-Otter (Team 6665) is an all- girls First Robotics Competition Team (FRC) from Santa Catalina School. Each year, we design, build, and program a 130-pound robot to compete in a fast-paced game against other FRC teams. From coding and CAD to machining, marketing, and competitions, we do it all, learning, building, troubleshooting, and growing together as a team.
Minibots is also offered in the Fall, which is a great way for students with no experience to work in small teams to build an 18x18 inch robot for a friendly competition in December. It’s a way for students to learn the skills we’ll use when the official FRC season kicks off in January or if they choose a career in engineering.
